Help us help you: How to get the perfect product for your event!

Sometimes you know exactly what you want for an event. You know the color, the size, the look, the quantity. All you need is the product itself.

But sometimes… Sometimes you just aren’t sure. You want something new, something fun, something useful, that won’t get tossed the minute your customer or employee gets home.

No problem! It’s our job to find and provide you with the perfect item for your event. And we love our job! But there’s information you have that can help us get you the best item for your event.

What we need to know:

  1. What is the item for? Are you doing a giveaway at a conference? Do you have a team event? Do you want to give your employees something special to show appreciation for their hard work? Knowing what your event is, helps us narrow down what you need to make your order perfect.
  1. Do you already have something in mind? Something to drink from? Something in the $10-20 price range? A jacket with options for men and ladies? You might not know exactly what you want, but if you have some general ideas, let us know. We have thousands of options to offer you and we know our industry. If you want a jacket with a name brand and a hood, that’s enough to help us give you options you’ll love. If you have a tight budget, we’ll do our very best to find you something you love that meets your specific budget. Even if you just want something that you’ve never done before, that helps us eliminate options and better target what you want. We see new items every day and we love to share them with you. But if you’re looking for something that holds a badge, I don’t want to offer you coozies. They might meet the same budget, but keeping your drink cold and your hands warm isn’t useful if you lose your event badge. (Or it might be when you’re stuck sitting outside the conference center…)
  1. When do you need your order? This might seem like a no-brainer, but people often forget to tell us they have a deadline. If you have an event date, let us know the first time you talk to us! We will do everything in our power to meet your event date. Our standard production time is two weeks, but we often turn around orders in as few as two days.
