HR has the new task of managing work at home employees and marketing has the task of dealing with WAH clients as well. What do they do to take care of them now?
The answer is Kitting! Creating “Thank You” or “Appreciation” Gift Sets are becoming the new way to take care of those deserving employees and your favorite clients.
But who has time to make these gift sets and ship them all out individually? My desk is already full of other projects I need to take care of. The struggle is real!
